Essential Job Functions (Including % of Time for Each):
60%- Supervisor- General supervisor duties to include on-call supervision coordination of on-call duty personnel, coordination of work orders and projects with preventative maintenance tasks, screening and hiring of perspective maintenance personnel, maintenance scheduling and work completion follow up.

20%- Preventative Maintenance- To keep PM's up to date and complete, coordinate preventative maintenance schedule with production schedule, acquisition of all required permits for preventative maintenance tasks, design and implementation of new preventative maintenance tasks, reorganize existing preventative maintenance tasks, ordering parts for preventative maintenance tasks, and coordination of major yearly inspection tasks.

15%- Supply- To maintain material needed for PM's and other jobs. Support material acquisitions personnel and ordering parts for shop. Using vendors contractors and machine shops as needed.

5%- Entering general paperwork and information. Working with other departments such as engineering to update and maintain sketches drawing and other paperwork associated with maintenance of the plant.

Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5 yrs experience or equivalent combination. Must be able to maintain preventative maintenance program. Must have ability to coordinate schedule as needed in accordance with production scheduler. Must be very organized and meticulous with paperwork. Be able to lead maintenance crews and be accountable for timely completion of assigned work projects. Should have previous experience with and be able to demonstrate proficiency using CMMS systems, tracking and be able to create required reports. Must have ability to professionally interact with other departments, suppliers, and machine manufactures to ensure production equipment runs efficiently and safely. At least five years of supervisory experience in a maintenance trade is strongly preferred. Must have previous verifiable experience as a supervisor, supervising multiple crews. Experience with supply and parts acquisitions a plus. Must be a self starter, highly self motivated and have strong leadership skills. Be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to plan workloads, guide craft personnel with multiple disciplines, provide clear directions to subordinates. Must be able to interpret and execute policies. Must regularly inspect subordinates work, be result oriented and highly safety conscious. U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residency or other status as a U.S. Person required.
