Overview:
Chief Engineer for programs to develop pump fed liquid rocket engines. Develop technical logic plans that include requirements synthesis, design and analysis, risk identification and mitigation activities, hardware fabrication, and testing. Leader of special studies, technical proposals, failure investigations, and independant review teams.

50% - Lead Engineering teams working on development programs for pump fed liquid rocket engines. Direct and coordinate all engineering work; manage technical progress; and function as the primary technical liason with customer. Assure that delivered products meet Aerojet and contractual requirements for engineering design. Mentor less experienced engineers.

25% - Monitor technical progress and interface with Program Manager, Aerojet customers, and other Aerojet functional organizations to understand and develop resolution to program technical issues.

15% - Provide technical consultation to Program Management and Business Development organizations on business development activities such as writing technical papers or preparing and presenting technical briefings to customers.

10% - Serve as independent technical reviewer of other product areas within Aerojet.
